在 深圳短暂相识两个陌生人，两颗孤独的心灵，在深圳，发生“类似爱情”的故事。 故事开始于飞机抵达深圳之后，女主林琳玲瞒着现任男友借着参加母校二十周年校庆的名由回到深圳，实则是想躲避男友的求婚，因为她觉得自己还没准备好，而且她心中还没有放下她的初恋男友——杜枫，她是想通过这次来到深圳参加完他的婚礼之后，再回去面对现实。 而故事里的男主——催乳师诸葛明是收到深圳某知名妇产医院的面试邀请，这是他的第38次面试，他下决心，一旦面试失败了，他就决定彻底转行，谁知道，当他来到深圳之后，才发现这原来是一场骗局！ 心灰意冷的诸葛明伤心欲绝地回到宾馆，才发现自己的钱包也丢了，手机银行卡身份证都不见了。而就在此时，他遇到了林琳玲。经过他的一番哀求，无奈之下，她答应给了他一个晚上的酒店钱，谁知道，这竟然成了他们“深囧”命运的开始……
