来自北京的支教老师韩松初到藏区，恶劣危险的生存环境立马给了他一个下马威，被狼王追赶，被动物夜袭，艰苦的生活条件让他不知所措，但藏区学童和同胞们对他的热情与照顾却温暖人心。孩子们眼中的纯真和对学习的渴望感染了韩松，他克服一切困难，承担起所有科目的教学，在朝夕相处中与孩子们结下了深厚的情谊。平静美好的支教岁月被打破，猖狂的盗猎者夜闯学校伤人，韩松和学童们经历了生死的考验，又因远在北京的韩母病危不得不分别。在所有学童的殷切期盼中，最终韩松选择回到高原，将自己的青春和生命奉献在这里，与善良美丽的藏族姑娘格桑梅朵一起，助力一代又一代的西藏学子改变人生实现梦想。
