Yamazaki 是一位喜歡被性虐待的74歲老翁。他年輕時長得很帥，現在老了，很難接受自己的美貌已經消失。可能因為太陶醉於自己的美貌，他從來沒有戀愛過。一個晚上， Yamazaki 與一個叫 Leo 的性工作者會合，更在進行性行為時倒地。其後, Leo 發現原來這位老翁就是他自己小時候最喜愛的圖書的作者，慢慢地開始對他的過去和生活感興趣起來。這是一個關於兩個背景非常不同的人的故事。自己的美貌消失以後，心情會是這麼樣？性和愛，到底又是甚麼一回事？Old Narcissus 從一個不平凡的故事裡，嘗試尋找一些答案。
