作为医生而拥有显赫身家和地位的（手冢通 饰），与妻子志津子（富樫真 饰）和儿子健一（大西利空 饰）过着无忧无虑、令人欣羡的生活。这一天，他收到曾经的雇员寄来拜托他照看的物品。打开包裹后却发现，里面竟是一个女性僵尸。随之而来的还有写成文本的注意事项和防身用的手枪。寺本万般无奈，暂时留下这个名叫沙罗（小松彩夏 饰）的僵尸。志津子（富樫真 饰）分外友好，安排沙罗打扫院子。健一则拿着新得到的宝丽来给沙罗拍照。然而周围人却全用憎恶、恐惧甚至贪婪的目光注视着沙罗。沙罗默默承受这一切，生前的记忆也慢慢复苏。 平淡的生活悄悄发生变化，继而全然失控……
